Carly is an out-of-network provider allowing her to do what is best for your child regardless of insurance limitations. Contact your insurance provider to check if your plan covers out-of-network services because you may qualify for partial coverage. If eligible, Carly will provide you with a detailed receipt (SUPERBILL) for reimbursement.

$350 includes a comprehensive 2-hour sensorimotor OR feeding evaluation involving a detailed child history, parent interview, clinical observations, and summary of findings

Report - $150 which is beneficial for insurance coverage, communication with schools, doctors, and other disciplines

Session - $150/hr
